Earlier this year, we proudly unveiled the new location for COLORS Restaurant– New York at 178 Stanton Street on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Slated to officially reopen very soon, COLORS will continue to provide delicious, gluten-free, sustainable cuisine from around the world.
The new COLORS–New York location will also be home to expanded programs for restaurant workers. The new location offers upgraded facilities to better support the Colors Hospitality Opportunities for Workers (CHOW) Institute, which provides in-depth and advanced professional training in both front- and back-of-the-house restaurant skills at no cost to either employers or employees.
COLORS also serves as an anchor for ROC United’s Sanctuary Restaurants movement, which empowers workers, employers and consumers to create discrimination-free restaurants.
