Hi my name is Van Joseph. I am a proud leadership board member with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. I view the restaurant industry as a vital part of our economy in NOLA and my job is a career. I love working in the restaurant industry where I can provide a great experience for consumers. I joined ROC as part of a workplace justice campaign to improve the conditions in my restaurant. As a leader at work I participate by organizing other workers and protests, conducting research, and taking training classes.
I love ROC and my involvement in it.
