The COVID-19 crisis has highlighted many of the issues ROC has been fighting to address for decades, such as paid leave, living wages for tipped workers, and affordable healthcare.
The last year has brought many changes for everyone with food service workers being among the most vulnerable positions. Right now, we are still doing everything we can to help build power among workers in a rapidly changing industry. One year after this crisis has begun, we need your help to continue to support workers as the nation enters its next chapter and discovers a new normal.
