201: Advanced Bartending

Location: 5137 York Blvd , NATIVO restaurant in Highland Park

Last year, we covered the basic mechanics of craft bartending in our LA CHOW Program, so our first class of 2023 will take bartending to the next level! Join us for our 4-day workshop that will advance your knowledge behind the bar, teach you new techniques and how to craft a cocktail of your own with NATIVO bar director Marlene Olarra.

Graduation on Sunday March 12th will feature live music, an open air patio and invitations to your friends and family to come and try your original drink recipes at NATIVO for the evening.
