COVID resources for Bay Area restaurant workers are here.

PAID LEAVE FOR ALL

At some point in our lives, all working people will need access to paid leave to care for themselves or a loved one. Learn more about what a comprehensive, national paid family and medical leave policy would mean for Pennsylvanians and how you can take action!

ROC-PA is a multiracial, anti-racist membership-based organization that combines worker advocacy, workplace justice campaigns, job training, and research to advance our mission. We seek to build power with restaurant workers to improve wages and working conditions in order to create a more just, equitable and dignified restaurant industry. We acknowledge that the restaurant industry has exploited and discriminated against women and Black and Brown workers and we actively work to reverse this legacy.

RELIEF FUND
